The risk of COVID-19 spread increases in IHE non-residential and residential (, on-campus housing) settings as follows: Lowest Risk: Faculty and students engage in virtual-only learning options, activities, and events. Lowest Risk: Residence halls are closed, where feasible. Behaviors that Reduce Spread IHEs may consider implementing several strategies to encourage behaviors that reduce the spread of COVID-19.
